Work in SIS RT “Public Control” over the past week

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

Over the past week, 4,732 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,527 were acted upon.

Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS “Public Control” by responsible executors:

✅ The Naberezhnye Chelny city MUE “Enterprise of Automobile Roads” arranged an exit from the sidewalk for low mobility groups on Chulman Avenue in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 6418346);

✅ The Cheremshansky Raion Executive Committee cleared weeds from the territory of a spring in the village of Ivashkino, Cheremshansky Raion (No. 6434723);

✅ The Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Raion of the Republic of Tatarstan restored lighting on Dzerzhinskogo Street in Laishevo (No. 6419278);

✅ The Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan eliminated a manhole failure on Sibgata Khakim Street in Kazan (No. 6415924).

Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in the past week in submitting notifications in the following categories:

📍“Complex territory improvement” - 558;
📍“Maintenance and repair of municipal roads” - 231;
📍 “House maintenance” - 131;
📍 “Organization of outdoor lighting” - 80;
📍 “Organization of road traffic” - 61.
