It is important not only to resolve already existing situations, but also to anticipate potentially problematic issues, to carry out prevention and to educate citizens in various spheres of our lives.
Public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan also carry out these functions.
Thus, within the framework of the project “Prevention of HIV infection in penitentiary institutions”, public assistants of the Commissioner visit institutions, conducting lectures aimed at expanding the knowledge of inmates about HIV infection.
The program of visits also includes testing activities and personal receptions, where everyone can voice their problem and receive an answer or help.
Over the past couple of weeks, the Center for Temporary Detention of Foreign Citizens of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Naberezhnye Chelny, FGI PC-5, PC-8 and PC-10 of the DFPS of Russia in RT were visited.
The work will continue in the same mode, because its value is important and is primarily aimed at maintaining the healthy state of citizens.
