Meeting of the Public Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan
The right to health care is among the most important social rights of citizens of the Russian Federation. It is extremely important to pay special attention to the primary link of the health care system, to work out in detail the existing problems, to find effective ways to solve them.
Today in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan a meeting of the Public Council of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the implementation of public goals and objectives for the first half of 2024 was held, which was attended by an employee of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.
It should be noted that the project on public formation of priority goals and objectives in the executive bodies of state power is being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan for the 6th year. The purpose of this project is to increase the level of involvement of citizens in the process of making managerial decisions. In addition, it is an opportunity to consider, by voting of our citizens, what problems in health care are of most concern to the residents.
During the meeting 5 main goals and objectives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan were announced, among which were:
✅ Early diagnosis of oncological diseases within the framework of dispenserization of the adult population and detection of malignant neoplasms at 1-2 stages in at least 60% of cases;
✅ Increase staffing of polyclinics with doctors from 94.1% to 95.5%;
✅ Maintain the ratio of the average salary of doctors and average medical personnel to the average salary in the Republic of Tatarstan - not less than 200% and 100% respectively;
✅ Increase the number of residents of the Republic of Tatarstan who received medical rehabilitation at the expense of compulsory medical insurance from 35,000 to 36,000 ✅ Increase the number of residents of the Republic of Tatarstan who received medical rehabilitation at the expense of compulsory medical insurance from 35,000 to 36,000
✅ Increase the coverage of patients with circulatory system diseases with medical services within the framework of dispensary observation from 70% to 80% of the total number of such patients under dispensary observation.
Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan I.R. Fatikhov noted in his speech that the Republic of Tatarstan still ranks first in the Volga Federal District in terms of demographic indicators. The implementation of strategically important national projects “Health Care” and “Demography” is continuing. During the reporting period we managed to fulfill all target indicators.
Representatives of the Public Council under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, a group of experts, representatives of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of departments and divisions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of mass media took part in the public discussion of the results.
Active discussion was held on the topics of oncological diseases, personnel issue and medical examination.
