Working meeting on notifications in SIS RT “Public Control” in Menzelinsky district
We continue our visits to the districts of our republic in order to monitor the quality of execution of citizens' notifications in SIS RT "Public Control” with coverage of socially significant issues of the population.
This practice allows us to personally verify the solution of applications and, if necessary, give recommendations to the employees of district administrations on how to work in the system.
Today Niyaz Mullagaliev, a leading consultant of the department of coordination of interaction between users of the RT SIS “Public Control”, held a working meeting on consideration of citizens' notifications in Menzelinsky district. Together with the head of the Executive Committee of the district and responsible executors, the most relevant notifications of citizens in the system were considered.
During the meeting recommendations were given on assigning specific deadlines to notifications and placing comments on interim works.
In the current year, the largest number of appeals of residents of Menzelinsky district to the system concerned the following issues:

📍Organization of outdoor lighting - 22;
📍Municipal services - 11;
📍House maintenance - 7.
