The notice to save the lake in the Konstantinovka residential area was supported by 150 Tatarstan residents
The request to save the lake in Konstantinovka residential area from drying up was addressed to the SIS of RT “Public Control” by the user Maria A. This notification (№ 56267660) was supported by 150 Tatarstan citizens.
As a result of consideration of the notification by the responsible executors in the system, the notification was assigned the status “Application solved”, but no effective measures were taken to solve this problem.
In order to protect the rights of citizens to a favorable environment, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office about the need to conduct an inspection of the fact of shallowing of the reservoir and to take measures of prosecutor's response.
As a result of the inspection initiated by us, the Prosecutor's Office revealed violations and made proposals to the guilty persons to eliminate them, which are currently under consideration.
The work on this problem on the part of the Prosecutor's Office continues. The issue remains under the control of the Authorized Person.
