Every parent wants to be sure that their child will receive everything necessary for education and development. This is especially important for families raising children with disabilities.
Today, a session of the School of Legal Knowledge for parents (legal representatives) of disabled children was held. The topic of the meeting was "The procedure, procedure and features when enrolling a child with disabilities in school." The participants were told how to choose an educational institution, issue a PMPK conclusion and what steps to take to switch to an adapted program.
After the lecture, the parents asked many questions. They were interested in compliance with PMPK conclusions by schools, the creation of technical conditions for education, accompanying the child to class, the implementation of the federal project "Dobroshkola" and the protection of the rights of children with mental disabilities.
According to a good tradition, our moderator, the chairperson of ARSI Marina Grigorieva, collects questions before the lesson from those who do not have the opportunity to ask them during the lesson. Thus, each of our listeners receives a qualified answer.
When you see how attentively parents participate in such activities, you understand that they are ready to fight for a better future for their children. Such activities are really useful because they help parents not only understand difficult issues, but also feel supported.
