Meeting of the Presidium of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

The forty-fourth meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation will be held on June 8. Such a decision was made today at a meeting of the Presidium of Parliament.

The deputies plan to consider 24 issues, including 11 draft republican laws, two draft federal laws and two legislative initiatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

As for the forthcoming meeting, the bills on the implementation of the budget of the Republic and the budget of the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2022 will be considered in the first reading; Representatives of the State’s interests in the management and control bodies of economic companies, recognition as void of certain provisions of the Republican Law on Roads and Road Activities. Also, draft laws have been prepared for the first reading, introducing amendments to individual legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, republican laws on changing the boundaries of the territories of the city of Bolgar and the Volga rural settlement of the Spassky district, on information systems and informatization, on ensuring the protection of citizens' housing rights, on individual measures to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the child, as well as in the Electoral and Environmental Codes of the Republic

At the forty-fourth session, the deputies will consider an appeal from the State Council to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Misostin, on improving environmental reporting requirements. The agenda of the meeting includes a report on the activities of the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also at the meeting, the deputies will consider the report of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic on the status of youth and the implementation of youth policy in Tatarstan, which will be presented by the Minister of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan Rinat Sadykov.
