The Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan pays great attention to the issue of social protection of citizens.

Today there was a solemn opening ceremony of the international festival of documentaries «RT.Doc: Time of Heroes».

The Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the relevant ministries, departments and supervisory bodies, is working systematically to respect the rights of participants in the special military operation and their family members. We are very attentive to all questions concerning this category of citizens.

Public transport is poorly suited for persons with disabilities. It is difficult, if not impossible, for them to get on a bus or a tram. As a result, it is much more difficult to visit medical and other social institutions, as well as cultural events.

Today we managed to visit the inclusive center «Everything for children» with sewing workshop and coworking. The center unites mothers of special children who will be able to work in the center, leaving the babies under the supervision of specialists.

We received an invitation from the Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kazan to visit the Temporary Detention Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan, located in Naberezhnye Chelny.

The second day of training on the educational program of feedback for employees of executive committees of municipalities was held today on the basis of a separate subdivision of ANO «Dialogue of Regions» in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the branch of the state fund «Defenders of the Fatherland» held a reception of citizens on the support of participants of SVO and members of their families.

Today, an agreement was signed between the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan and the branch of the state fund "Defenders of the Fatherland" of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In Kazan, a project on psychological support for parents raising children with RAS was launched. With our support this project is supervised by ANO «SPECIAL CHILDREN.TATARSTAN» and is implemented on the grant of the Presidential Grants Fund. The project "Reboot" will be a real support for parents of special children. It will help them to obtain the necessary psychological assistance, build a community of mutual support and improve the quality of life of their children.
