Training in the feedback platform
It is an undeniable fact that we live in an era of global and rapid digitization in all spheres of human life, through which we can communicate with each other beyond territorial and temporal boundaries. Our legislation in this regard is not static, but much remains to be done to ensure that digitalization does not complicate, but rather fully facilitates, speeds up and optimizes the process of ensuring and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.
We continue a series of lectures for those responsible for this work in the GIS RT "People’s control" and the feedback platform of specialists. The main agenda - work in the PIC will now be built on the basis of the Federal Law of May 2, 2006. N 59-FZ "On the procedure of consideration of appeals of citizens of the Russian Federation". We still have no meetings, no phone calls to make, because this is really a major overhaul of the previous work experience. Of course I’m sure we can handle it!
