Personal reception of citizens

Attention to citizens' concerns and assistance in restoring their rights and legitimate interests is central to our work. The most important result for the Commissioner and his team is the solved problem of the resident.

Today, we have six people to talk to us about five questions. I think it is very important to be very attentive to each applicant, his needs and requests, to direct the conversation to reveal the essence of the appeal and the circumstances that contribute to the right decision. Questions were asked about the provision of rehabilitation facilities, the improvement of housing conditions, land issues.
