The attitude towards people with disabilities has always been the main priority in the formation of social policy of the Russian Federation, which is aimed at providing them with equal opportunities with other citizens in the realization of economic, social, cultural, personal and political rights provided for by the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Creating conditions for accessibility of common property in apartment buildings for people with disabilities is one of the directions of this activity.  

They have kind hearts and warm souls... These days in the children's camp “Zvezdny” of the recreation complex “Saulyk” near the city of Naberezhnye Chelny there is a republican summer children's and parents' shift “Seven Colors of Happiness”.  

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.  

Creating conditions for the sustainable development of an accessible environment for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups is one of the significant goals of state policy in the field of social protection of people with disabilities.

Today I continued working meetings with responsible executors in SIS RT “Public Control” in the Administration of Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan.  

The issues of observance and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of families with children in the area of provision are in the zone of increased attention of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan.  

In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS “Public Control”, employees of the Office of the Commissioner conduct daily monitoring of notifications received in the system.

To receive it, it is necessary to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The total amount is made up of payments from the Republic - 1.005 million rubles, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - 195 thousand rubles, cities and districts of Tatarstan - up to 300 thousand rubles.
