The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya performed at the forty-eighth session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fourth convocation with the annual report "On the observance of the rights and liberties of man and citizen of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013.", which was prepared in accordance with Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 3 March, 2000 № 95 "On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan".

On February, 5, 2014 the representatives of the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Supervision of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a check on the appeal of a citizen on the unsatisfactory work of employees' Alekseevsk central district hospital. " Earlier, Mr. Sh. Addressed the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan  with the complain about the careless attitude of the staff of the medical facility. In accordance with Articles 13,14,15 and 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 03.03.2000, № 95 "On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ombudsman decided to conduct an audit.

On January 24, 2014 the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya visited the resident of Myudovsk rural settlement in Aksubaevsk municipal district Irina Stepanova for the purpose of awarding gratitude of yhe  Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation for active citizenship for the protection of human rights.
