Another lesson of the School of legal knowledge at the Commissioner for Human Rights is devoted to the issues of charging for utilities

The Executive Director of "Regional Center of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan" Dmitry Romanov introduced the latest changes in the housing legislation to the students of the University of the third age.

At the lesson, which gathered more than 90 students, changes in housing legislation and payment documents for housing and communal services, the development of public control and so on were discussed.
