Sariya Saburskaya held a meeting on the violation of labor rights of the employee
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting in the sports and recreation complex "Neftche" on the issue of violation of the labor rights of the employee. We studied the documents related to the organization of work in the institution and documents regulating the labor activity of the employees of the institution. Some facts about the unsatisfactory organization of work of employees were confirmed.
Thus, the management of the institution does not control the execution of instructions, does not organize the permanent planning of the work of employees and otherwise. In addition, the management of the institution was asked to develop a number of local regulations governing ethics and behavior.
Following the meeting, the Commissioner decided to send an opinion to the management of the institution with recommendations to eliminate violations of labor legislation.
