Accompanying recruits to places of service

On May 28, 2014 conscripts went to serve in the Kemerovo region (Yurga 1) accompanied by a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan. On May 29 the public assistant of the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan accompanied conscripts to Ekaterinburg.
The Commissioner and her representatives also will accompany conscripts from Tatarstan to such cities as Sevastopol, Murmansk, Khabarovsk , Sverdlovsk region (Elansky). The Commissioner will visit military units in Arkhangelsk and Novorossiysk.
