Checking the conditions of detention of citizens in the hospital for convicts Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan federal state institutions penal colony-2 of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 15, 2014 the Commissioner for human rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya together with the representatives of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the public monitoring Commission visited the hospital for convicts federal state institutions penal colony-2, which is under reconstruction now. They got acquainted with the activities of the institution and outlined a significant improvement in conditions for prisoners.

During the visit to the hospital for convicts the Commissioner and representatives of the public monitoring commission received two appeals on which the explanation was given.
