The report on observance of human rights and liberties in the republic of Tatarstan.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya performed at the forty-eighth session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fourth convocation with the annual report "On the observance of the rights and liberties of man and citizen of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013.", which was prepared in accordance with Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 3 March, 2000 № 95 "On the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan".

The report analyzes the situation in the country on observance of human rights in the labor sphere, the sphere of housing legal relations, health and other spheres.

 The examples of problematic situations for the implementation of human rights to a healthy environment are given. There also was an analysis of the situation with the rights of particular groups of citizens: people with disabilities, migrants, persons held in detention.
