Legal Aid Day was held at City Clinical Hospital No. 7 named after M.N. Sadykov
We held a Legal Aid Day for military personnel undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at M.N. Sadykov City Clinical Hospital No. 7, jointly with a representative of the Tatarstan branch of the State Foundation "Defenders of the Fatherland".
Currently, the emergency room for military personnel has 122 beds, and 107 participants in the special military operation are receiving treatment.
Approximately 10 requests were received during the Legal Aid Day. The questions concerned receiving pay and insurance payments, reinstatement of combatant status, the seizure of accounts by bailiffs, the provision of housing under a social mortgage, and the military medical examination process.
All requests were answered with the necessary clarifications under current Russian Federation law, and certain issues have been taken forward for further investigation.
Supporting military personnel and their families remains one of the most important areas of our work today! It is crucial that the defenders of our country receive not only medical assistance but also the necessary legal assistance in a timely manner.
