A plenary session of the Union of Veterans of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the building of the DOSAAF of the Republic of Tatarstan. The session summarized the work of the veterans' movement and identified future goals.
During the meeting, issues of interaction with government agencies and public organizations of the Republic were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the participation of veterans and volunteers in supporting the Union of Veterans of the Republic of Tatarstan participants, who are actively engaged in weaving camouflage nets and collecting humanitarian aid.
New formats for patriotic work, including the "Hero's Desk" project, are being implemented. Regulations for the All-Russian competition "Raising Patriots of Russia" and organizational and financial documents for 2026 were also approved.
During the plenary session, a cooperation agreement was signed between the regional branch of the Yunarmiya movement and the Commonwealth of Border Guards of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Following the event, an awards ceremony was held. Active chairmen of veterans' organizations were awarded medals and certificates of honor.
