A final board meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Nizhnekamsk to discuss the results of its work for 2025.

Tatarstan's Rais Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Yurin, and Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov participated in the meeting.

At the end of the year, the industrial production index in Tatarstan reached almost 110%, with the volume of shipped goods exceeding 6 trillion rubles. The share of manufacturing reached 80%. Growth was recorded in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and electrical engineering industries. The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade attracted almost 150 billion rubles to the republic.

Special attention was paid to the development of aircraft manufacturing. At the end of the year, the fully import-substituting Tu-214 was certified, and work to increase serial production continues.

A steady increase in energy consumption in the republic was also noted. To ensure the reliability of the energy system, modernization projects and the construction of new capacity are being implemented, some of which are included in the federal program.

"We live in challenging times. However, it is important to move forward, develop production, and introduce new capacity. The Industrial Development Fund has tools, and federal and republican support measures are being implemented. We cannot stop. Standing still means going backwards," emphasized Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
