She attended the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Scientific Breakthrough. The Power of Science" competition, timed to coincide with Russian Science Day and the 35th anniversary of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences.
Today, the republic's scientific and educational complex is demonstrating steady, positive development dynamics. Tatarstan confidently holds third place in the National Ranking of Scientific and Technological Development of Subjects of the Russian Federation, and the number of research personnel has reached its highest level in the republic's recent history – 16,600 people.
The event also included the awards ceremony for the winners of the Republican Science Award "Scientific Breakthrough. The Power of Science." Kev Salikhov, Scientific Director of the Zavoisky Institute of Physics and Technology of the Kazakh Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, won the "Best Scientist" category. Awards were also presented in the following categories: "For Loyalty to Science," "Digitalization in Science," "Scientist-Educator," "Prospects," "Science for Children," "Best Scientific Mentor," and "Vocation."
