The Republic of Tatarstan held a final board meeting of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, summing up the results of work for 2025 and setting objectives for 2026.
Last year, Tatarstan participated in a pilot project to implement a platform for the provision of state and municipal services, amending more than 300 administrative regulations. Significant results were achieved in real estate registration: information on 95% of properties has been entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and for several boundary registries, it has been fully entered. The republic has met its state program targets through 2030 four years ahead of schedule.
Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin noted that by the end of 2025, the republic's consolidated budget had received 19.6 billion rubles, fulfilling its revenue plan.
The board meeting also addressed the issue of rental arrears to municipal budgets. Despite a 44% reduction in tenant arrears over the past five years, they increased in 2025 to 288 million rubles. Municipal districts with no tenant arrears were singled out for special mention.
Furthermore, the meeting discussed issues of oversight of state property use and the need to recycle unused real estate.
