Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week

To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff from the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily.

Over the past week, 3,947 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 1,260 were addressed.

As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:

  • Following a report from a resident of the Chistopolsky District about the need to clear the roof of a building on Lenin Street, the Executive Committee of the Chistopolsky Municipal District took appropriate action within a week (No. 7320931);
  • In the Agryzsky Municipal District, a user thanked the service provider for quickly clearing the roof overhang of ice and icicles (No. 7328104);
  • Within 24 hours, employees of Almetyevsk-Vodokanal JSC resolved a manhole cover issue in the Almetyevsk Municipal District (No. 7332589);
  • Outdoor lighting was restored within a week by the Zelenodolsk Municipal District Executive Committee (No. 7325993);
  • In Naberezhnye Chelny, the Elektrotekhnikov management company restored lighting in the entrance of residential building 7/26 within two days (No. 7328304);
  • Lighting on Voznesensky Tract was promptly restored by the Kazan City Executive Committee (No. 7327374);
  • Employees of Old City Management Company LLC (Kazan) completed repairs to the front door of building 15 on Portovaya Street within five days (No. 7327719).

Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:

  • "Roads" - 1,946 (49%);
  • "Winter Maintenance of Street and Road Network Facilities" - 1,639 (84%);
  • "Improvement and Infrastructure" - 1,219 (31%);
  • "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 792 (65%);
  • "Outdoor Lighting" - 282 (23%);
  • "Housing and Utilities" - 388 (10%).

You can contribute to improving the quality of life and living conditions of the residents of our republic by simply submitting an application to the SIS RT "Public Control" using the "Public Control" mobile app or on the State Services Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as by sending a message to the feedback platform through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services.
