SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform: results of work for 2025

Handling citizen inquiries remains a key focus of our activities. The SIS RT "Public Control" and the Feedback platform remain important and in-demand channels for interacting with residents of the republic.

In 2025, 89,186 notifications were published through the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 68,883 resulted in action.
The most popular areas were traditionally:

  • "Improvement and Infrastructure" - 39,184 notifications,
  • "Roads" - 27,448,
  • "Housing and Utilities" - 10,142,
  • "Municipal Solid Waste" - 3,400.

The federal state information system "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)" received 96,485 citizen inquiries and messages in 2025.

The largest number of requests and messages received through the Feedback platform in 2025 concerned the following issues:

  • Healthcare (receiving electronic medical documents and scheduling appointments online) - 50,530;
  • Access to electronic school diaries - 9,669;
  • Comprehensive landscaping - 6,946;
  • Road maintenance and repair - 5,813;
  • Provision of housing and utilities - 4,837.

To improve the quality and timeliness of request processing, 45 working meetings were held throughout the year, including via videoconference.
