We continue to monitor the compliance of citizen notifications received through the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform systems by responsible officials.
Today, the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Municipal District held another meeting on this issue. During the discussion, 36 examples of citizen notifications submitted through the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform systems were reviewed and the most problematic issues were analyzed.
Citizens primarily submit complaints regarding the following categories: municipal road maintenance and repair, comprehensive landscaping, traffic management, and outdoor lighting.
Following the meeting, responsible officials were recommended to review their feedback system, more carefully manage notification compliance deadlines, avoid formal responses, and improve the quality of their handling of citizen complaints.
