Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff at the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, allowing for comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 4,776 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 1,473 were taken. 1,782 messages were received through the feedback platform, 739 of which were resolved.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
👉 A resident of building No. 176 on Krasnokokshayskaya Street, Kazan, reported a burst water pipe in the basement. The basements of the apartment building in question were flooded near entrances #3 and #4. The complainant contacted the emergency dispatch service, but the problem remained unresolved. Following the investigation, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Vodokanal" pumped out the basement of the building and repaired the external water supply networks. The author gave the maximum rating of 5 stars on the feedback platform (No. 306288623);
👉 The Department of Urban Economy and Life Support of the Population of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Executive Committee carried out road repairs along building #23/05 on Syuyumbike Avenue in Naberezhnye Chelny. The author highly praised the quality of the work performed in the comment section (No. 6365363);
👉 A resident of building #36 on Syuyumbike Street. Galaktionova, a resident of Chistopolyan, filed a notice regarding water penetration into her apartment through the exterior seams of the building's façade during rain. Repairs were completed by Rechniki Management Company LLC (No. 7101845);
👉 The Laishevo City Executive Committee filed a notice requesting sanitary pruning of trees on Gorky Street in Laishevo. The submitter reported that power lines were in contact with tree branches and that a power line break was possible, posing a safety threat to residents. The submitter received the highest rating for prompt completion of the notice (No. 305030382).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notices to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:
✅ "Comprehensive Landscaping" - 1,157;
✅ "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" - 1,181;
✅ "Traffic Management" - 421;
✅ "Outdoor Lighting" - 383;
✅ "House Maintenance" - 280.
