Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
To improve the quality of notification processing in the SIS RT "Public Control," staff at the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received daily. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, allowing for comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the public.
Over the past week, 4,859 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control," of which 1,649 were taken action. 1,622 messages were received through the feedback platform, 891 of which were resolved.
As usual, I would like to share examples of how issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" were promptly resolved:
✅ A resident of building No. 29 on Gagarin Street in Nizhnekamsk reported persistent flooding in entrance No. 23. This problem has been recurring for the second year in a row; water is seeping into the apartment and also running down the electrical panel. Last year, storm drain cleaning was carried out, but it did not produce the expected results. Aybet Management Company LLC performed major roof repairs, fixed a storm drain leak, and Domservis, the housing management company, performed plastering work on the walls and ceilings (No. 6753883);
✅ As part of the republican "Our Yard" program, comprehensive improvement work was carried out in the courtyard of building No. 21 on Spartakovskaya Street in Kazan (No. 6444652);
✅ A report on tree pruning on Khasanshina Street in Aznakayevo was completed by the Aznakayevo District Executive Committee. The author noted the promptness and gave the maximum rating of 5 stars (No. 302434448);
✅ JSC "GUAD" installed a bus shelter at the "Mechet" bus stop in the Nizhnyaya Maktama urban-type settlement of the Almetyevsk District. The author reported that residents were forced to wait for buses in the rain, which caused significant inconvenience (No. 6947985);
✅ Over the course of 7 days, the Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Avtomobilnykh Dorogi Enterprise" repaired the potholes on the pedestrian sidewalk on Vladislav Gostev Street in Naberezhnye Chelny (No. 7163273);
✅ The Zelenodolsk District Executive Committee installed a speed bump on Klubny Lane in Zelenodolsk. The author reported that drivers on this section of the road systematically violate the speed limit (No. 6938646).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan most actively submitted notifications to the SIS RT "Public Control" in the following categories:

📌 "Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads" – 1,111;
📌 "Organization of Outdoor Lighting" – 382;
📌 "Traffic Management" – 364;
📌 "Container Yard Maintenance" – 349.
