‼️We remind you that today the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan has a telephone hotline for questions on protecting the electoral rights of citizens.
At the moment, about 20 calls have already been received. Mostly, citizens' requests concern clarification of the addresses of polling stations. Questions were also asked about the presence of a deputy at a polling station as an observer and about the legality of the refusal to provide a serial number in the general list of voters.
❗️We remind you that you can find out the number of your polling station yourself on the website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan (izbirkom.tatarstan.ru/) in the "Current information" section or by calling our hotline.
The opportunity to vote at your location was provided until September 10, 2025 by submitting an application through the "Gosuslugi" portal. Currently, changing the polling station is not provided, and voting is possible only at the place of registration.
Voting is taking place throughout the republic under the close supervision of public assistants of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, who are also participating in the monitoring. At the moment, no violations have been identified, the process is taking place in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Our public assistants were also present at the polling stations in Federal state institution Detention facility No. 3, Federal state institution Detention facility No. 4 and Federal state institution Detention facility No. 5 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan. No violations were recorded either.
