We received a message from citizen A. via the Feedback Platform. It concerned difficulties with making an appointment, as well as the inappropriate behavior of an employee of the Department for Migration Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kazan.
We immediately sent a request to the Department for Migration Issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan with a request to consider the situation and take the necessary measures.
As a result of the investigation, the applicant was provided with the necessary service - a mark was made about the belonging of her child, citizen A., born in 2024, to the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
The management of the Department thanked us for the information provided about the identified shortcomings in the work of the service and confirmed their readiness to continue working to improve the conditions for the provision of public services.
