In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor notifications received by the system on a daily basis. In addition, citizen messages received through the feedback platform are regularly analyzed, which allows for a comprehensive coverage of all digital channels of communication with the population.
Over the past week, 4,632 notifications were published in the SIS RT "Public Control", of which 1,493 measures were taken. 1,533 messages were received through the feedback platform, 896 were resolved.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" and the feedback platform by responsible executors:
📌 a message was received on the feedback platform regarding the sanitary pruning of green spaces on Timiryazev Street in Almetyevsk. The applicant reported that the branches of trees located along the pedestrian zone hang over the sidewalk at a height that does not meet the standards, which creates obstacles to the safe movement of citizens. When walking, pedestrians are forced to avoid branches that touch their heads. The Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk District carried out work to trim the branches. The applicant expressed gratitude and gave the maximum rating - five stars (No. 289042145);
📌 The applicant sent a message with a request to carry out pothole repairs on the road on Bolgar Street in Yelabuga. Within 25 days, repairs on the specified section of the road were carried out (No. 284238310);
📌 Municipal Unitary Enterprise Naberezhnye Chelny "Park of Culture and Leisure" completed a notification regarding the cleaning of the fountain on Khasan Tufan Avenue Naberezhnye Chelny. The author reports that the decorative tiles of the fountain are covered with a layer of dirt, and the water has acquired a green tint. Within 5 days, the violations were eliminated (No. 7047360);
📌 JSC "TATDORTRANSINVEST" cleaned the underground passage on Gorkovskoye Shosse in Kazan. The author reported in the notification that dust, sand and garbage had accumulated on the floor and steps of the passage. The general unsatisfactory condition causes discomfort to pedestrians and provokes allergic reactions. The notification was resolved within 5 days
