Today, we held a training seminar-meeting with the heads of the Executive Committees and heads of the apparatuses of municipalities. The topic of the meeting was the organization of work with feedback from the population in the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform.
In my speech, I talked about the experience of building a feedback system with the population, about how we consider requests, messages and notifications from citizens received through the SIS RT "Public Control" and Feedback platform.
As part of the meeting, we also discussed the use of a heat map for the execution of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control". We paid attention to the quality of execution and the main errors that are made "on the ground". Unfortunately, such errors are often associated with the lack of proper control over the progress of notification consideration.
Gulnar Akhmetova, Head of the Apparatus of the Council of the Municipality of Naberezhnye Chelny, shared her experience of working in the SIS RT "Public Control" system. In her speech, she presented the interaction of structural divisions in the execution of notifications. Currently, the percentage of resolved issues in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny is 86%.
By holding such meetings, we see how approaches to the system's operation are gradually changing - the quality of interaction is improving, and more attention is being paid to detail.
