Today, as part of a working visit to the Bugulminsky municipal district, together with representatives of the city prosecutor's office and the head of the district Executive Committee Damir Fattakhov, a meeting was held on the execution of citizen notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control" system.
During the meeting, i drew attention to the delay in the execution of notifications received from residents. There are still unresolved requests dated 2016-2018 - mainly on road repairs and landscaping. According to the results of the first half of the year, the share of resolved notifications in the Bugulminsky district is 66%.
I recommended that responsible executors reconsider their approach to working with requests, respond more quickly to complaints from citizens and efficiently execute notifications.
Also, as part of the trip, we visited the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Bugulminskaya Central District Hospital" and held a meeting with medical personnel. We considered questions received from residents through various feedback channels.
I am confident that only an attentive attitude to people’s requests and responsible work on the ground can truly improve the quality of life of our citizens.
