Working with citizens' requests is one of the key areas of our activity. For example, we recently received a request from a resident of the city of Chistopol, citizen M., asking for assistance in connecting her house to the central water supply system.
Citizen M. is the spouse of a participant in a special military operation, who is currently a prisoner of war. In August 2024, she already contacted the Executive Committee of the Chistopol Municipal District, but the issue remained unresolved for a long time.
Understanding the importance of providing support to the families of military personnel, in order to protect the rights of the applicant, we contacted the Executive Committee of the Chistopol Municipal District with a request to immediately take action. As a result, the necessary work to connect the house to the water supply system was completed.
In conditions when our military personnel carry out combat missions in the special military operation zone, caring for their families is our common duty. We continue to work in this direction!
