During a joint reception of citizens with the State Duma deputy Alfir Khamitov in Yelabuga, a resident of the city, citizen O., contacted us. She reported regular flooding of her land plot. The problem arose due to a faulty drainage system.
In order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizen O., we contacted the head of the Yelabuga district with a request to consider the possibility of strengthening the drainage system near the house. In addition, we posted the applicant's appeal in the SIS RT "Public Control".
After a commission inspection with the involvement of equipment, excavation work was carried out by the contractor LLC "Administration of Improvement and Greenery of the EMR RT", damaged elements of the drainage system and water drainage pipes were replaced. To date, the drainage has been restored, the water drainage system is functioning in a normal condition.
