Today I took part in a briefing dedicated to anti-corruption policy issues. The main topic was the results of the functioning of the SIS RT "Public Control" in 2024, as well as the analysis of the requests received through it.
The "Public Control" system has been operating in the republic for 13 years - since 2012. During this time, it has become a truly popular feedback channel between residents and government agencies. In total, since the system began operating, based on the results of 2024, 687,388 notifications have been published in the SIS RT "Public Control", of which: 625,403 notifications have been resolved (91%).
Since 2015, the "Anti-corruption" direction has been operating in the system - more than 330 requests have already been received under it, of which 298 notifications have been assigned the status "Application resolved". Despite the relatively small number of such notifications, practice shows that corruption issues are also raised in other categories - housing and communal services, landscaping, road repairs. All of them are in the focus of attention.
I am confident that the further development of the "Public Control" system and the active participation of citizens themselves in it is the key to more open, honest and fair work of government bodies.
