A warm and pleasant atmosphere reigned today at the concert in honor of the 23rd anniversary of the social rehabilitation center "Rose of the Winds".

I was especially touched by the fact that in the eyes of everyone who is undergoing rehabilitation, you can see that spark of hope and faith in a new life. These people overcome difficulties and become stronger every day.

With all my heart I wish all the employees and wards of "Rose of the Winds" health, strength and happiness on the way to new victories. Your achievements are a real pride, and I am sure that only the best moments of life are ahead for everyone.
