She spoke at the educational program “Feedback as a factor of political stability during elections”

Elections are not just a formality, but an important dialogue between the government and society.

Today I spoke at the educational program "Feedback as a factor in political stability during elections", where we discussed the importance of communication with the population and prompt response to citizens' requests, especially on the eve of key election campaigns.

Last year, we held telephone "hotlines" as part of monitoring the observance of citizens' electoral rights during the elections of the President of the Russian Federation and deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and it became obvious: many residents of the republic are still not aware of the possibility of submitting an application through the State Services Portal to change the polling station.

We paid special attention to creating comfortable conditions for people with disabilities. Almost 1,100 polling stations are equipped with special booths, special stencils were made for the visually impaired, and deaf voters were given the opportunity to communicate with a sign language interpreter via video call.

In the first quarter of 2025, more than 60 thousand requests were already received through the RT SIS "Public Control", the feedback platform "Gosuslugi. Let's Decide Together" and the "Incident Management" system. In order to improve the quality of timely consideration of notifications and messages, this year the connection of management companies and medical organizations to the system was completed, which in the future will reduce the time for consideration of notifications and promptly take response measures.

In order to improve the quality of the RT SIS "Public Control", the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan is working on the issue of introducing Artificial Intelligence into the system. These innovations will significantly speed up the processing of incoming requests and complaints from citizens, ensuring a more prompt response to problems.
