Representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Executive Committee of Kazan gave a lecture for students of the University of the Third Age. They discussed what programs and benefits are available to pensioners. There are many cultural initiatives in Tatarstan: discounts on tickets, free excursions, leisure activities. In 2024 alone, about 627,000 such events were held in the republic.
We also touched on the topic of education. Since 2019, the Kazan College of Folk Arts and Crafts has been running a vocational training program for pre-retirement citizens. Within the framework of this program, you can master new practical skills and abilities.
