The meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
Today were discussed the preparation of cities and districts for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the road construction program and the development of passenger transportation in the municipalities of the republic at the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In Tatarstan work is already underway to decorate settlements, organize patriotic events and hold ceremonial and memorial events. Special attention was paid to the preservation of monuments and memorials dedicated to war heroes: out of 3,100 objects, 86 require repair. Now it is necessary to take all measures to bring them into proper condition.
They also discussed the development of transport links to remote areas and the condition of intra-settlement bridges. Of the 1,456 bridges, about 300 are in unsatisfactory condition. This year are planned their technical inspection and the adoption of measures for repair.
The meeting also considered other issues, including the work of municipal authorities, improvement of personnel policy, the activities of territorial public self-government and the implementation of the self-taxation program.
