During my working visit to the Alekseevsky municipal district, I also visited the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Alekseevskaya Central Regional Hospital" and drew attention to the work with citizens' requests through various feedback channels.
When visiting the clinic, I noted the need to work out in detail the issue of patient reception routing, as well as the organization of appointments with specialists. During the discussion of the issues that residents address, I recommended considering the possibility of changing the work schedule of the mobile clinic in order to make medical care even more accessible.
It is necessary to hear people and promptly respond to their requests in order to make the healthcare system more convenient and accessible for citizens.
