Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of reviewing notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Office of the Commissioner monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 2,570 notifications were published in the system, of which 823 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
The Executive Committee of the Yelabuga District installed a handrail in the entrance of house No. 18 on Kazanskaya Street in Yelabuga (No. 6741268);
The Department of Urban Economy and Life Support of the Population of the Executive Committee of the City of Naberezhnye Chelny cleared the courtyard of house No. 49/25 in Naberezhnye Chelny from snow (No. 6745912);
The Executive Committee of the Nizhnekamsk District restored lighting in the Semya Park in Nizhnekamsk (No. 6739474);
LLC Management Company LUCH cleared the roof of house No. 1 on Denis Davydov Street in Bugulma from snow and ice (No. 6754016).
The External Improvement Committee performed pothole repairs on the road on Sibirsky Trakt Street in Kazan (No. 6741521);
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:
"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 665;
"Maintenance of street and road network facilities in winter" - 440;
"Maintenance of the house" - 291;
"Organization of traffic" - 173;
"Maintenance and repair of municipal roads" - 163;
"Current repairs of the house" - 163.
