Meetings with responsible executors in the SIS RT "Public Control" continue!
Today, I held a meeting in the Education Department of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of Kazan with the participation of representatives of the Department for the Maintenance and Service of Social Institutions of Kazan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting, we reviewed more than 40 notifications from citizens that concern the maintenance and repair of buildings and territories of educational and preschool institutions of Kazan. I noted that the executors are delaying the deadlines for execution and do not monitor previously received notifications.
I recommended re-examining all planned notifications and organizing a meeting with the heads of general education and preschool institutions in order to determine the tasks for solving citizen notifications.
It is important that each signal from citizens is not just recorded, but leads to real changes. Work in this direction continues!
