Work in the SIS RT "Public Control" for the past week
In order to improve the quality of review of notifications in the SIS RT "Public Control", the employees of the Commissioner's Office monitor the notifications received in the system on a daily basis.
Over the past week, 2,682 notifications were published in the system, of which 1,029 measures were taken.
Traditionally, I would like to tell you about examples of prompt resolution of issues received through the SIS RT "Public Control" by responsible executors:
✅ Municipal budgetary institution "Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan" repaired pumps for aeration of water on the embankment of Lake Kaban in Kazan (No. 6737197);
✅ OOO "Housing Administration "Bumazhnik" completed work on cleaning the roof of house No. 10/1 in Naberezhnye Chelny from snow and ice (No. 6734648);
✅The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "GUAD" installed a road sign "Exit to a one-way road" on Tolstoy Street in Almetyevsk (No. 6735968);
✅The State Budgetary Institution "Glavtatdortrans" carried out pothole repairs on a road in the Zelenoroshinsky rural settlement of the Leninogorsk district (No. 6728053);
✅The Executive Committee of the Bavlinsky District carried out repairs to a street lamp on Gornaya Street in Bavly (No. 6742344).
Over the past week, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan were most active in submitting notifications in the following categories:
📍"Comprehensive improvement of the territory" - 681;
📍"Maintenance of street and road network facilities in winter" – 520;
📍«House Maintenance» – 298;
📍«Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Roads» – 222;
📍«Organization of Outdoor Lighting» – 175.
