Today, a joint reception of citizens with the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Suyargulov was held at the Zainsk City Prosecutor's Office. 23 people came to the reception.
Citizens' questions concerned:
✅inaction of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees,
✅assignment of a pension
✅inaction of bailiffs
✅violation of the rights of a disabled child
✅provision of spa treatment
✅payment of monetary compensation to family members of a participant in the special military operatin
✅housing disputes
✅disagreement with the decision to terminate a criminal case
✅illegal detention of a spouse.
There were also questions related to the improvement of the rural settlement, the Sarapala-Neratovka road and housing and communal services. Citizens were given detailed explanations for all requests.
Today's reception confirmed how important direct dialogue with citizens is. Each issue is taken under control, all requests will be subject to the necessary checks.
