🏠One of the main topics of his speech was a significant increase in the number of citizens' appeals to the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan - in 2024, 23,731 of them were received, which is almost 35% more than a year earlier.
📨The main topics of appeals include the quality of housing and communal services, the maintenance of common property, the need for major repairs, the work of management organizations, the correctness of calculating fees for housing and communal services.
In his report, Alexander Vasilyevich shared the results of the inventory of apartment buildings - data on 979 objects were put in order. The results of work in the "Public Control" system were also announced, where the State Housing Inspectorate successfully resolves issues related to the repair of entrances, walls, facades and roofs.
Particular attention was paid to issues of major repairs. In 2024, work was carried out with 17,635 apartment buildings under the supervision of the Inspectorate. This made it possible to attract an additional 16.1 million rubles in contributions to capital repair funds.
