Today, the final meeting of the board of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan
The Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova summed up the results of the department's work for 2024, noting key achievements in the labor market, support for citizens, the fight against poverty and the implementation of social programs.
2024, which passed under the sign of the Year of the Family, became a year of warmth and unity. Tatarstan families took part in bright and significant events that once again emphasized the value of family traditions. Support for families with children will continue in 2025 as part of the national project "Family". Particular attention will be paid to creating conditions for the development of children, supporting parents and strengthening family values.
It was noted that the modern labor market is becoming more focused on job seekers. Employers are increasingly introducing support measures for their employees, such as flexible work schedules, payments at the birth of children or housing programs.
2025 has been declared the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland in Russia, and this poses new challenges: support for participants in the special military operation, their employment and social adaptation. Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the importance of helping those who returned from the front so that they could find their place in civilian life.
“We clearly see the challenges facing us and the ways to solve them. Each of us plays an important role in this process, and I believe that our unity will be aimed at making the republic even more prosperous!”, Elmira Zaripova concluded.
