The key task of our Office is to help people. We always try to respond promptly to citizens' requests, especially if they concern difficult life situations that require immediate support.
We recently received a request from citizen A., who lives in the city of Almetyevsk. Citizen A. told us about a difficult situation related to her health: as a result of a fall at the entrance to her house, she received serious injuries - a displaced cervical vertebra and a bent tailbone. Citizen A., being a group 2 disabled person, experiences constant pain and moves only with the help of her husband. The applicant did not have the funds to purchase the necessary medications and rehabilitation equipment.
We sent an appeal to PAO Tatneft, which annually provides assistance to citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation. As a result, a decision was made to provide charitable assistance to citizen A. in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The funds received will allow her to purchase medications and therapeutic equipment necessary for treatment at home.
