Citizens' requests are the main focus of our work
Citizens' requests are the main focus of our work. We consider each request individually, because each letter represents a specific life situation that requires attention and a solution. Some issues require a comprehensive approach, so we actively interact with relevant departments and organize joint receptions of citizens.
❗In 2024, the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan:
📌held 95 personal, joint and mobile receptions of citizens;
📎 received 5,417 citizen requests.
🆙According to the agreement concluded between the Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, we processed 1,428 messages received through the emergency call system EGIS GLONASS +112, which required our immediate response.
The most pressing issues in the outgoing year were related to the protection of the rights of participants in a special military operation and their family members, the implementation of housing rights, medical care, and the protection of the rights of convicts. The work continues!
