The appeal was resolved positively
The road to home is not just a route, but a vital necessity. Every person should be able to get to their home safely, without encountering obstacles. Unfortunately, sometimes situations arise when this simple, at first glance, issue requires intervention.
Citizen S., who lives in the village of Novoye Tsaritsyno, contacted our Office with a complaint that the access to her house was blocked by illegally installed gates. The only road leading not only to her house, but also to socially significant facilities, became inaccessible. The resident repeatedly contacted local authorities, but the problem remained unresolved.
After receiving the appeal, we conducted an inspection. It turned out that the section of the road is under a public easement, and the installation of the gate is contrary to the law. Thanks to joint work with the Prosecutor's Office of the Soviet District and the Committee on Land and Property Relations, we were able to achieve a positive decision. As a result, a decision was made to dismantle the barrier in order to restore free passage.
Thanks to our coordinated work, we achieved justice. We will continue to work so that every resident of our republic feels protected!
