Human rights are fundamental values that define the foundation of our society. In order for these values to become closer and more understandable to the younger generation, it is important to talk about them, discuss them, and share experiences.
As part of the International Human Rights Day, Indira Valiullina, Head of the Department of the Office of the Commissioner, held a lesson for students of two eleventh grades of Lyceum No. 35 - the educational center "Galaktika". The topic of the meeting was devoted to explaining the concepts of human rights and their connection with moral values.
The children listened attentively, asked questions and actively participated in the discussion. Their interest and concern showed that issues of justice, equality and dignity really concern the younger generation.
Such lessons inspire young people to think about how important human rights are in the lives of each of us.
